Data NOT in the Chemoprevention Database
If your publication is not reported in the Chemoprevention Database, it might be due to several causes:
- Maybe your paper is too recent, and will be included next year (the Chemoprevention Database is updated yearly)
- Maybe we do not "have" your article. Please send it (.pdf reprint) to
- Maybe your data do not qualify for inclusion into the Chemoprevention Database: All human and Min mice studies are included, but only significant rats' data (tumor or ACF studies in AOM- and DMH-initiated rats)
- Only one result from your study has been included, but the others were not. Our policy is to include only one result per study, except when a paper reports more than 6 experimental groups
- Maybe the Scientific Review Committee found that your article looks "aberrant" and does not meet the standards for inclusion into the Chemoprevention Database. The file containing those papers and the reason why they are doubtful is kept confidential
